CPR / AED TRAINING

Like the CERT Basic class, our public CPR /AED class is open to all residents of Montgomery County who are at least 18 years of age. Exceptions are made for people who work within Montgomery County boundaries.

Any class labeled “Friends and Family” is open to the friends and family members of anyone who has completed CERT Basic training. Don’t know anyone who has completed CERT training? Email the registrar at registrar@montgomerycert.org

All training classes sponsored by Montgomery CERT are offered at no cost to the participant other than the participant’s commitment and desire to learn.

We offer CPR/AED training as part of our regularly scheduled CERT classes and as stand-alone classes on a semi-regular basis. All classes open to friends and family of CERT members and the general public are listed on our Calendar page.

Team members: check with the CERVIS calendar for scheduled skill refresher classes.

Montgomery CERT uses Eventbrite for class registrations for all public classes. When a class becomes available, it will show up on this page. Simply click on the “register” link on the event page to sign up.

For Friends and Family and Team Skill Refresher classes: sign up through the event page on CERVIS (CERVIS event page link). Don’t know how to do this? Don’t know anyone in CERT? Email the registrar at registrar@montgomerycert.org.
